Space Time Continuum Discovered in Cable Television

Posted on Tue 09/27/05 in My So Called Blog

Last night I fell asleep watching the Tennessee vs. LSU football game, around the middle of the fourth quarter. Since Beth is out of town, I left the TV on all night. When the alarm went off this morning around four-thirty, I awoke to the exact point in the game at which I had fallen asleep at. I thought for an instant that they were showing highlights, but that wasn’t the case at all.

I ate breakfast and continued to watch Tennessee beat LSU in overtime.

It wasn’t clear to me that I had witnessed a reversal rift in the Space Time Continuum until I was returning from the gym nearly two hours later and saw a mysterious, dull blue light flash in the sky a few miles away.

Something to add?

Don’t be silly, Jim. Gas couldn’t have made LSU lose.
